Has this been done yet? Bit of an improvement, especially the 'Mark all
    as read' button.

Not yet, but it looks like it's screwed up Hog's "Anyone around Bourne
    End/Tring?" post.

Completely. Any posts through the new interface don't have a
'References' header, so they appear as new threads rather than replies.
I've raised it as a bug.

I didn't see that at all, as I would have responded - being ~20 miles
    away.

I tried it before Christmas and it was awful. I can't remember exactly
what was bad now but it was generally crap.

The interface also calls me "Sean" :-/

It is vastly better for reading, mainly because it does actually
remember what you've read now, & lets you mark all as read (which is
pretty vital when you have to switch between a proper usenet reader &
    GG).

But not including the references header in posts is a pretty major
fail, & makes it unusable for usenet groups.

I'm still sometimes using the old interface[1], and I'd say it's also
    "unusable for usenet groups".

If you're some sort of fanny.

    [1] I'm really sick of Agent's over-complexity.

I thought it was a bit far for you. I wouldn't really ask anyone to look
much past their own town, but cheers anyway.

  10. Pissed me off when they changed the controls menu listings from the
ancient one I was using (ver 1.8 or something) to this one (ver 4.2).
Apart from that, I tend to run it just the same as I always did, so no
biggie. I don't make much use of the advanced controls anyway, but on
    occasion they're very useful.
