New Gloves - Running Dye

Discussion in 'Australian Motorcycles' started by Patti and Dale Jones, Feb 22, 2008.

  1. Can anyone tell me a cure to black hands with new gloves. Is there any
method of setting the dye or whatever to stop the dye running. Hot, humid
    Brisbane days are enough.

Wot 'e said. The only time I've had this happen is with cheap gloves.
Get good quality gloves. They will last longer and probably cost you
the same over the long term, be more comfortable, and not give you
    shit like black hands.

Agree. Throw them in the washing machine... by themselves... will wash
out most of the excess dye.

You may have a pair of natural cloured gloves though.
