Err, John, Conehead rides a girls bike (and only one that I know of)! I'm sure Nev will buy a Bandit
next (well, unless he turns fourty and buys a 'busa)!

 

Yeah, fair point - thought I was replying to Nev. And I doubt there's enough
difference between a busa and a ZX12 to warrant nev buying one next.

Bandit would suit an old fart like Coney down to the ground but it sounds like
he wants to return to his German Chook chasers, must be scared by the HP <grin>

I was happy with the bike (and I'd buy another tomorrow if they'd make a
shaft version) but I was disappointed with Triumph Oz.
I feel they behaved a bit dishonestly in covering up a design flaw on the
early triples and not notifying owners or doing a proper recall.
(They quietly fixed the bikes that they serviced but anyone who did their
own servicing was left in the dark and it cost me the best part of $1000).
