    [1] I have been approached for advice by a number of motorcyclists who
    are uncertain whether a CE mark on a high visibility jacket means it
    will protect them in a crash.

    I'd advise such people to ride without any protective equipment other
    than the flouro vest, including no helmet or gloves - they're clearly
    too stupid to live.
