or, like the biggest **** on two wheels who I passed yesterday, mod-style
tweed trousers, with a fine-knit lambswool sweater, Police sunglasses, and a
baby-blue open face helmet, to match your baby-blue vintage vespa, with 4
rear view mirrors a side, a whiplash aerial with a fox's tail tied on to the
end, and a battered 60's skool-style fake leather holdall (cf. 70s Adidas,
but with "Tamla Motown" written on instead) on the luggage rack.

Piccadilly, about 10am. Was that anybody here?

Is it really worth worrying that much about something that you can change in
    20 seconds?

It's more the case that that I rarely ever need to spend more than 20
seconds making a decision on a course of action to take... so I picked
that as a number. Once that course of action is decided, I'm not
thinking what to do, and thus not churning things over in my mind.. It's
then simply a case of acting on my decision.. solving or creating a new
    problem.

The feeling better may not be instant, but always starts with the
    decision, IMHO.

I'll freely admit I know nothing about what works for other people.
