Never Loan Your Motorcycle

My good friend in Guadalajara sent me some bad news, last night.. About a
year ago, and after all these years we've enjoyed our friendship, he finally
bought himself a motorcycle..

He did all the right things .. bought himself a nice Harley.. real sharp..
Then .. he did the riding courses that are available to him.. got himself a
mentor that rides for the police dept. in Guadalajara and took the time to
learn his machine..

Then, he royally screwed up.. he loaned the beautiful motorcycle to one of
his good friends.. From the report of the accident, it isn't even good
salvage.. That dude totalled my friend's "new" motorcycle.. Damned near
killed himself in the process..

<sigh> My friend forgot some of the things that I'd tried to share with
him.. Never borrow someones' motorcycle and never, never, never loan your
own bike to anyone..
