I have a question that I am sure someone on here will have solved before.
I have a game running which I play against a PC across the internet
through my router. If Someone on my internel network wishes to join the
game they can't as the outside PC can only see the main PC because the
port forward is only configured to send to 1 ip in my internel network. Is
it possible to configure NAT to broadcast all incoming traffic on the
port(5000) to all PCs on teh internel network?

Your game is peer to peer (i.e. each client also runs a server)? Which game
is it? I've never played an Internet game where each client needs to act as
a server, it sounds very odd indeed.

If it really is peer to peer, then the answer is no

It almost certainly isn't though, and it could well be that the port
forward is what's screwing you up

If you are just doing a multiplayer, then doesn't one of the computers need
to be the 'server' (i.e. the one that 'starts' the game, and the others
'join')? If so then this is the only computer that requires the port
    mapping on the NAT box.

My cheapo adsl modem router at home does another protocol for this purpose
    called PNAT

It allows you to do exactly what the OP is asking for.

PNAT? Ok, I'll see what google offers on that. If it helps anyway the
    router is a linux box.

    Cheers
