Since the "take extra time to look out for bikes" adverts has been running,
I've noticed a sharp increase in the number of cars pulling out in front of
me - many of them not taking ANY time to look out for anything.

The only time I noticed a reduction in cars pulling out was when they run
the seatbelt ads showing a truck pulling out in front of a car, that ad did
more to prevent motorcycle accidents than it ever did to get car drivers
    into seat belts.

Probably make you look twice if both motorcyclist and car driver
suffered the same fate in the information video.

As in motorbike travelling at speed embedding itself into side of car
    killing everyone.

I'm pretty sure I read an article about the Swedish police and road
safety department display at the Stockholm Motorcycle fair one year.
Showed a Honda motorcycle deeply embedded into a Volkswagon Polo.
