Need welding/plating recommendation

    I found a stock engine guard for my daughter's 1984 Honda CB125S. It
    has a crack and some rash, so it needs some welding work and chrome
    plating before it goes under the tree. She loves her machine, so I'd
    like to find someone who does it right. I'd appreciate recommendations
    in the Santa Cruz/San Jose area.
    Also, I need to recover her seat, for which I already have the cover.
    Instead of my hokey upholstery job, I'd appreciate a recommendation for
    that, too.
