Im driving up from melbourne to sydney leaving melbourne probably this
thursday night latish or friday morning very early and arriving sydney
about 11 hours later. The trip is to spend easter with family and pick
up some of my stuff to bring back down, i have heaps of room in the
back and on the roof racks of my falcon station wagon. If you need
something caried whatever it is, bike parts, engine, or even a trailer
as long as its not too heavy I'd be happy to bring it up to sydney and
save some money on my fuel. Costs would be reasonable. Ill be
carrying a vf750 engine on the way back down but would still have a bit
of room. willing to pick up from a 3rd party ie. ebay if you have
    bought something

  2. carrying a vf750 engine on the way back down
Me first! Why would anyone want an vf750 engine! The cams are
    rubbish! :)

Seriously though, I really regret selling my VF750. It was my favourite
bike to date. (no, I don't 'date' my bikes, although I may have slept
with one or two over the years. ;-) )

trailer moved up from Melb to Syd, I sent him an email to look here but I

the bikes for sale if your interested~ registered until june its an
'83 in fair condition, red/white/black paint scheme with gold
rims/pipes. I thought the chain on it would last until the end of the
season, seems i was wrong. It came off at speed on the freeway and
took a piece of engine cover with it. It will come with new
chain/sprockets and replaced engine cover plus a few spare parts, but
needs new tires unless you're brave. Im asking $1100 for it, or take
as is for $800 with the parts.

Dont think I could fit a *whole* VT in the back, its only a station
wagon. If it was in parts, probably.... but youd have to at least
take off the forks, tank, wheels and bars.
