My CB750k6 ( posted this on sohc/4) need to have the fork legs rechromed.
they are 99.9% perfect but have tiny pits on the swept area of the seal.
    the 5.2 inch travel area.
Examined many used forks before finding this one nice pair,
my old ones are totally destroyed by rust.
so will invest in fixing these tubes.

any leads to a company greatly appreciated.

    thanks, Jelly the Gear Head.

Why not replace them with new ones from Forking By Frank? Just don't send
'em an email, it may take a few weeks for a reply. Phone calls will take
    care of any questions...

Something I like even better than emory cloth is a diamond hone. These can
usually be found as knife sharpeners, or call a tool supply house and ask
for an EZE-LAP Diamond Hone & Stone, course, medium or fine. They will work
faster because the hard backing keeps the cutting action only on the high
spots, which the cloth or paper don't do as well. And if you don't abuse
    them, they never wear out.
