And if you are replacing it cos it has broken a spring
Measure the width of the belt and if it is less than 17mm wide
replace it or ti will slip, and it will fell like the clutch is the
problem

 

thanks for the suggestion on the belt, i will definately look at it
before ptting it all back. i was quoted AUD 250 for the clutch which is
selling in uk + shipping to sydney for around 100. that goes for every
single parts for this bike.

 

Pugs are the most expensive of the lot to fix
with SF100 1's being the worst of the bunch
tha clutches on them tend to shit themsevles big time between
2 and 4 thousand ks. The SF100 2's didn't have the same problems
cos peugeut saw it was a problem and fixed it
If you want a godd reliable scooter that's cheap to fix
ditch the pug and buy a honda or a bolwell
a clutch for a bondi 110 is about $100.00 retail
and it comes oh so close to fitting on a SF100
