    Ahhh, was that what it was? First time I'd met him, I just assumed it was
    normal!

    On reflection, perhaps I shouldn't have bought him that pint, just before he
    went to the C1 stand...

    I'm not sure if I can get myself organised enough to do that, I'll have
    to work what I'm doing etc etc. Will I have any money if Frankfurt goes
    ahead and whatever.

    I've never been to the Bike Show so, so, I can't think of a way of
    finishing the sentence.

    Pussies, the lot of ya - I'm going on my bike this year, or at least I'm
    planning to.

    Is this a by invitation thing only, or can any oik attend, and if the
    latter, do I need to get a ticket in advance or can I just buy one on the
    door?

    I was going to go.

    But the cost for the train + £28 to get in, to look at one or two bikes that
    I can see in a dealership in a month or two put me off.
    I don't need new kit and plastic totty isn't my thing.

    So, no for me. :)

    Actually no - she doesn't even know it's on.

    She did have a little moment the other day when I mentioned getting a 750...

    The concept of "shared mortgage, everything else do what you like with"
    seems to have been translated to :
    "shared mortgage, everything else only if I approve"

    I think I'll get the black one. :)
