  9. I've actually been to 2 Nat Ducati Rallies, one at Stanthorpe(good time),
    one at Wakefield park(sucked).

Cant go to this years, besides Ducati themselves have too much to do with it
these days, less rally more promotion.

GNat ran a Ducati Rally? Shame Clem shame.

My brother and his wife got quite involved in the running of the WA
Ducati National Rally not very long ago.

You pod of pedants! The National Ducati Rally held in WA a year or
    three ago, in Bunbury.

Yeah, I know most of you wouldn't be able to find WA on a map and you
think "The West" is Bathurst. Hint:- it's that one third of the
    country over on the left.

What the East Coast TV weather people stand in front of.

Yeah, well if you'd get more interesting weather they
    wouldn't have to!

I'll bite. I'll wager you have no idea what the weather is like in
    Perth.
e.g. Perth has a higher rainfall than Adelaide, Melbourne or Sydney.
It actually gets cold in Perth, a frost at my place yesterday.
Perth has lots and lots of surface water - a huge number of lakes and
    swamps in the metro area.
Due to diurnal wind conditions (rather than what you see on the
weather map), Perth gets more than 60% of its rain at night, so we
have clear sunny days during winter and it rains at night.
Unlike Sydney, Perth gets very little rain in summer, the Jan-Feb
average is less than 25 mm.
Seven years ago Perth had a very dry summer, it didn't rain at all for
    six months.

This is probably the only part of our weather that you do know. Feb is
bloody hot. In Feb 1989 we had 25 days over 35ºC.

Ghods almight, you can't say anything about Them Over There without
    offending someone!

Look, you don't, as far as I know, get a) blizzards or b) cyclones.
Or maybe you do and it's an Eastern conspiracy to cover these
    things up. I dunno.
