National ausmoto dinner gp time

As usual if here are enough interested parties we should bve able to
organise a national dinner on the thursday evening on the week of the GP
(No martin Taylor it will NOT be on the Island.)
Just want ayes or nays if people are interested and will try and
organise it if there is enough interest.
Venue will most likely be at the village Green like last year.
Seems like everyone who attended was happy with the venue and the
smorgasboard.
Hatz will you be making an appearance?
We will not bite you.

It was a bit ordinary when we went there for the superbike dinner, and the pay
at the door smorgasbord isn't much good for people who don't eat or aren't
very hungry (not a concept I'm familiar with myself but I'm told this
happens).
Anyone have any suggestions for an alternative? Ideally it would be easy for
the interstaters to find and tolerable of the usual noisy rabble. Maybe even
a pub with a function room close to an exit of the Monash freeway... Anyone
down that way have a local pub which fits the bill and does reasonable counter
meals ?

Smee will probably dry hump leg though.

Pub with function room means money down first usually.
Problem is a certain ausmotoian lost a considerable sum of money once
because she put in the initial deposit based on how many people promised
they would be there When they didn't turn up she did not receivge a refund.
All I am asking for is numbers at this stage not venues.
We can work out a venue afterwards.

I look like being in KL for the Malaysian GP the weekend before ;-) and
taking the PI GP weekend off as well just about uses up all my Domestic
Credits.

So count me out, but I'll see ya's at the Island.
