Anybody got a couple of spare tickets they'd be interested in parting with?
Try looking for rocking horse shit because you've more chance of finding that than you have of getting tickets for the NABD.
I might actually go this year (1). I start work at Fiddlers Ferry the same week and the outages there are usually fairly slow to get going so getting the weekend off isn't out of the question. Life would be easier if I could take the bike with me on the Tuesday morning but I'll have loads of junk in the van and no chance of fitting a bike in there as well. (1) That's if Adie ordered me a ticket. I wasn't sure about getting the time off but she reckoned she'd get a ticket anyway because it's always a sell out and they're not exactly expensive.
she did. must remember to pack two of them to give to Kathryn this weekend. I know Eddie is going also....what's folks plans for getting there? Adie.
think I have an hour meeting in the afternoon but have booked half a day off work and half a day WFH so I'll pack the bike in the morning. attend said TC and then leave so should be there for six ish. that's assuming I don't wait for him to get home. which I prolly wont. will take the camping stuff and set up home for the weekend and he can bring things like the stove etc. -- Adie (replace spam with nickname to reply) UKRM FAQ: http://www.ukrm.info/faq/ YZF-R1 : FZ1N : RD350LC (anyone would think I was partial to Yamahas) keeper of the FAQ for my sins MRO#11 BOTAFOF#7 BOTAFOT#130 DIAABTCOD#17 MIB#24 YTC#16 BOB#15 ex-UKRMMA#22 BOMB#11
It's not really a problem getting to the rally, it's more a case of getting the weekend off. If I have to I'll go home on Friday afternoon and then ride straight back up and use the bike for work on Saturday/Sunday because it's not really that far. I see she's got one so unless things go to **** in a massive way I'll be going.
