Not my new SOC, my old SOC ... which is actually newer than my new SOC, but
my new SOC is less shite ... or something.

Anyway, it's on e-bay, if any of you would like to laugh at it.

I'm glad you like them, me and my artistic director had a long argument with
the SFX guy and the lighting crew about them. They said they wouldn't work
properly and that shadows didn't sell.

In the end we won that one, but I'm glad they managed to talk me out of also
adding a CGI dinosaur to the background.

"which you may find mildly amusing if you’re a hot-shot COBOL
programmer". I am, and I didn't. Kindly amend the description.

What's that reflection just below and to the right of the door handle?
Could this be the return of Naked eBay Guy? Aren't there laws against
    that kind of thing?

  12. No COBOL programmer would: they're all manic depressives.....[1]

    Mark.

[1] Well it did my head in when I programmed in it, er, twenty one
years ago.. and all the other programmers were depressed, or seriously
    lacked a sense of humour.

    I don't think that's specific to COBOL.
