Had a problem with my Fox-box on Monday. Told it to record something, it said no, I won't. So Icalled Foxtel and spoke to a girl named Sam. Sam said I had to unplug the power lead from the back of the box for ten seconds, then press a couple of buttons simultaneously. Did that, no fix. Sam asked if I had unplugged the power cord from the back of the unit, I said no, it's a bit hard to get to so I unplugged the lead from the power point. She said we weren't going to get anywhere if I didn't follow her instructions to the letter. Oh Geezus, what a bright person to have on a help desk. Another techo called me back ten minutes later and we managed to reset the box and it's working again. Theo
