Mwahaahaahaahaaa! Phear My Bling!

Discussion in 'UK Motorcycles' started by Wicked Uncle Nigel, Jul 6, 2005.

  1. So, Mr Dodger of Salads! You toy with your puny Rings Of Fire. You think
this will intimidate me! ME! The Sultan Of Bling!

I have replaced the pathetic driving lights with Halogen spots. This,
alone, should be enough to drive you unto the fifth pit of despond.

But NO! No, no. I will not let you off so lightly. Truly, the Prophet is
    with me.

Today, I have received a package from the Evil Empire. It contains new
chromy things. New crash bars, full mightily do they gleam!

And what is this? Praise be to Kawasaki Heavy Industries, and their
chosen channel, Ebay! They have HIGHWAY PEGS!

Highway pegs! Mwaahaahaahaa! I can change my foot position at will! On
    the move, even!

    Bow, lowly mortal. Supplicate.

Oh yes. Flight booked. Ferry booked. Money burning hole in pocket. All
    systems go.

It occurred to me this evening. You (currently resident in Holland) have
done a sizeable money transfer to me. I've drawn a chunk of money in
    Euros. I've booked a one-way flight to Holland. I've also booked a
    one-way ferry from Holland.

I think we may be spending a little while in Customs on the way home....

Good call. Seriously. I used to have to go through Harwich a lot in a
previous incarnation. Lone blokes get targeted quite a bit. I've had the
sniffer dog through my car on more than one occasion.

  8. It could be like Ewan and Charli^h^h^es.
you don't think in my job I'd actually consider drug smuggling[1] or at
least not make use of 'other facilities' than riding it myself.

[1] although I did once, accidentally, realised when I was airside that
I'd been a bit neglectful in finishing the contents of my wallet. It was
an interesting flight, certainly didn't get much sleep.

You didn't, it was an assumption on my part based upon your recent

They were cheap and you will re-sell them and make some money?
    Until they rust :)
Translation: they do not fit properly and wobble about.
I suppose that's one better than "suppurate".
