this country. According to the Georg W Frost Amendment, one can now
accuse anyone of defamation without having to provide any proof
whatsoever.

Under your wonderful "law reform", the accused is automatically
deemed guilty unless they can prove they didn't say what they're
accused of having said. Question: How does one prove that one has
not said something one is accused of having said? Think about it,
