    Hi Everone,

Is anyone familiar with the condition of the Killarney road linking the Mt
Lindesay Hwy to Warwick? Am considering taking my wife for a ride later this
    week (Gold Coast-Mt Lindesay-Killarney-Warwick-Cunningham-Boonah-GC) but
don't want it to be too uncomfortable up the back. As long as its no worse
than the curves around Mt Lindesay we should cope.

BTW, the Yeti crossing on the NSW side of the Mt Lindesay Hwy seems to have
gone. This is an ecological disaster in the making!

    Thanks for your help,

    Ian.

The road is very bumpy in places, not a good pillion road in my view.

  3. Wot he said

    Remarkably bumpy...nice bush tho'

Same applies to Woodenbong and environs through to Lismore-Casino
    (Bruxner?) Hwy.

Tenterfield-Casino is a nicer road with some good hilly bits

You appear to have intimate knowledge of his pillion.

    Hmmm,

More wobbley rather than bumpy. No comment on the bush.

I had a quiet day today so took the opportunity to check the road on my own.
The section from Woodenbong to Legume is very rough in places (and today was
very wet - no more bush jokes please!) It's a pity because the road from
Killarney to Warwick is very good.

    Thanks for the advice,

    Ian.
