Can anyone who has me on their MSN please have a look and see if I'm
signed in. I just had a pop-up message saying I'd signed in via another
computer only I haven't turned the pc on in days and only have the
log-in details on that and the lappie I'mn using now. Now I can't log
    in again.

  3. That happened to me yesterday. I thought it was my daughter playing silly
buggers on a friend's pc but it must have just been a "thing".

    Mine's fine.

Haven't got you in my contacts, so I can't check your status.

Are you on a dynamic IP? Could it have been reassigned?

It's fine here, but eBay's stopped working.

I'll phone tech support and get them to reboot the Internet ... it's
probably that LHC spilling black holes all over it via the webcam.

If you have problems Loz go to:
    http://webmessenger.msn.com
    and try their WebMessenger

if that doesn't work you know their service is fucked, even if they say
    it isn't, like today!

It's quite neat if you didn't know about it and doesn't leave tracks on
    the computer being used.

You mean you haven't got a messenger client on your mobile? How quaint.

FWIW the web thingy's picky about which browser it'll play with, so I
    suspect not.

Found the problem here :- Microsoft Update for XP had updated overnight and
    managed to firewall MSN.

    I HATE MICROSOFT.

In the MSN window there is an option to check connectivity.
Click and it will find the problem. Click "fix" and it claims to have
sorted the problem - like hell - Try a reboot - all is now well.

I remember the update: caused my PC to crash and then blue screen a few
    times when rebooting. Fuckers.

Running the MSN "fix" utility has restored my connection
