I can't make a promise that I won't say something that won't ruffle you
again. Things that are water of a ducks (or Sharks back) get under your
skin and I'm not going to censor what I think and post just to make you
happy. I don't keep track of who says what to me as I expect a bit of give
and take (mainly as my memory isn't that good and frankly, who cares?).

I can't say it any "nicer" so I guess I'm gonna have to be blunt.

Those comments were about governments of those states and actions
undertaken against the people, by the state.

They are not comments directed at the people.

Whilst this is true there were UN weapons inspectors who were doing
their job and weren't allowed to finish it before war was declared.
