I'm moving out, and I'd like to take my ground anchor with me. It's secured
by rawl bolts with ball bearings knocked into the allen heads. Have I got
any chance of getting it out or would I be wasting my time?

if you can get it out, what was the point in having it?

    Pneumatic dril.

Destroy the concrete base and the bolts become irrelevant.. then just
    re-fill the hole.

I reckon it *might* come out with a crowbar, as I reckon the concrete's not
horrendously deep... IIRC it's not a dear one so I may be better off saving
    my time and buying another.

    Heh. Beat me to it.

But if he wants to get it out, how about asking some of the local low-
lifes round and offering them a tenner if they can get it out in 10
minutes? That way they get some valuable on-the-job training, and he
gets the job done for him.

Deterrent, isnit. It's for a pushbike in my cellar - the locks aren't great,
but by the time you'd got them off or removed the ground anchor, you'd still
have to get it up the stairs, which is a job and a half. I reckon it'd be
doable with a hammer and chisel tapping the bolt head around, given enough
    patience.
