Motorcycles are death-traps!!!

Discussion in 'Australian Motorcycles' started by Lucas J. Riesau, May 21, 2007.

  1. Sooner or later you'll end as human roadkill if you
    don't stop riding bikes!!!

These motorcycles are just too dangerous and
should be outlawed. Just think about the poor
people who have to pick up your remains from
    the road...

Matey, I've done road accident rescue for almost 23 years and I've never
had to cut anyone out of a motorcycle.

Cars though, are death-traps. I don't and won't own one.

Metal and glass cages that shred and become mincing machines in a decent
    impact.

Mincing machines that have scalding hot fluids and battery acid and a
tank of flammable liquid that pools underneath to give you something to
think about while you're waiting for someone like me to come and cut you
out. Sometimes that flammable pool you're sitting in ignites while I'm
still ten minutes or more away...

The silly buggers don't even wear helmets for Chrissakes.

Nah. I've been trying for *years* and I'm not dead yet. As a method
of suicide it is majorly useless.

Your troll attempt is about as useless, you'll only catch the usual
    suspects.

You are new to this trolling business, aren't you?

    Basically, a poor effort.

No imagination, no subtlety, no fingernails-down-the-blackboard
    aggravation, no breath-taking disingenuousness.

I suggest, should you be serious about becoming an outstanding troll,
that you read the thread "Hicks" paying special attention the postings
    by Kimbo.

There you might just learn the finer points of the art.

Stuff that, let's outlaw life - when that's over you're dead - without
living you ain't likely to die ..

I'm nice enough to now make sure I wear the appropiate protective gear so
when my remains need to be picked up I'm contained in a convenient duffle
    like bag.

  16. Right you are!

I was so intent on figuring out which part of the car it was, that I
entirely neglected to consider the possibility of it being part of the truck
    (despite the still-connected cable).

  17. Couldn't hurt. There'd be way less deaths on bikes if they did.
