Motorcycle parking meters in SF

    Right, I see the keypad and coin slot. But what's the special card
    thing? Frequent parking stuff? How do you get one?

    Reason is I'm working in SF this week and probably next. As the traffic
    sucks and there's bike parking right where I'll be I'm taking the bike.

    That's what I like about San Diego...they haven't figured out that they
    can install motorcycle parking meters yet!
