I wanted a particular variant of a Honda CB400 but the (ADR compliant)
design I wanted was not being marketed in Australia. I looked at
importing (and importing second hand) too. Clearly somebody doesn't
want you to do it but I'll never know why. A CB400 isn't exactly
controversial.

The Government and Honda Australia. Because Honda arent making money out
of it, its protecting importers and jobs.
