  3. May have been a rotation injury, where the outside of the brain has higher
    forces acting on it than the centre causing tearing, same sort of injury
    caused by a punch to the side of the jaw causing the head to spin around.
    Helmets are supposed to be smooth to stop friction from trying to rotate the
    head, but Murphy rules.
