Motorcycle Events in Marin

Not too many [sanctioned] motorcycle events up here, so this is kind
of news.

On April 29 Marin Motorsports (formerly Motorcycles Unlimited) in
Corte Madera is having an event and some exciting racers will be
there, including Ben Bostrom and Miguel Duhamel (racers appear at 6
PM).

On May 1, my sleepy little town of Novato is hosting its first ever
Bike Night on Grant Ave, in conjunction with AMA racing at Sears
Point. The ride will start from Sears Point and end up in Novato (a
very short ride) at 6 PM. The street will be closed until 10 PM and
there will be motorcycle vendors from what I hear, plus all the
businesses will stay open. Well, it won't be Cannery Row that's for
sure, but it's nice that they are trying this! So come visit our
little hamlet if you are at the races that day!
