Motorcycle Direct didn't mess up!

As there's a few insurance woes posts, I'd just like to add one in the
other direction. This morning I phoned up Motorcycle Direct to check
their renewal price.

It's cheaper (by 1/4) than last year, has all the same benefits, has a
lower excess and the girl on the phone was very pleasant to talk to.

The downside is I forgot to ask for the girl that Blaney dealt with.

 

lol. They were extremely helpful today and even rang H&R to confirm my ncb.
They were just as pissed off that H&R fucked up an dtold them I had 1 yrs
ncb when in fact I have 2, a fact thayt they reluctantly admitted when I
rang back.

Motorcycle Direct were almost 1/4 cheaper than H&R anyway.
