The brakes on my CBR sound just the same... especially in the wet.
I thought the front wheel getting all crossed up kinda gave it away...

James Mayfield is of the opinion:
He went past a cop, though, who obviously thought it was a quiet, normal
day. He should have chased the guy (would have loved to have seen *that*
    video).

Has anyone figured out where this was actually made?

I'm inclined to think a European city, but that's speculation.

I'm inclined to think the same. the stop signs and the fencing in the middle of the road make it look like the uk, but he's on the
wrong side for england *scratches head*

  15. Somewhere in Greece.

The logo in the top left corner, "Moto" with an eagle's head poking out from
behind, is that of a Greek bike mag, and Greek cities are famous for having
roads tarred with asphalt which offers all the grip of a discarded banana
peel; listen out for all the wheelspin in the video, including some while
he's up on the back wheel...

The roads are probably safer filled with reckless, but skilled drivers rather
than with people who aren't able to adequately deal with unexpected
situations. Maybe some sort of scare response assessment could be
incorporated into licence testing. It would probably go quite a way to
avoiding such things as 86yo men stomping on the accelerator instead of the
brake and driving several blocks through a crowded market and killing 9 or 10
people as happened a few months back in California.

I doubt the copper could've gotten anywhere NEAR him the way he was
    squeezing between vehicles.
(although a siren may help clear the way.....)

Besides that he seemed to be almost tame while he was in the vicinity of the
    cop bike.
