holy $#@@. first time in Laguna Seca's 50 year history that any race has completely sold out in advance. One Historic Race (Porsche as the featured marque) sold out at the gate to walkup's, but never before have advanced tickets sold out like this. the press release says they sold about 53900 general admission tickets on each day, but it also says 150,000 people are attending. Does that mean there's almost 100,000 staff, crew, press, comps, etc??!? I can't imagine that many people would go Saturday and not Sunday. This is making me doubly-glad I'm camping Thursday-Sunday on site and not planning on going anywhere.
