I subscribed to the Moto GP multimedia where you pay 30 Euros and get to see
all the practice, qualifying and races live on the net. Thats the only way I
see the racing here in NZ as our pay TV isn't showing it this year. If you
have a broadband connection and 30 Euros to spare (lets face it 30 Euros is
F*** all) then it's well worth the investment. You also get all the
interviews etc. The quality of the video isn't exactly TV standard but then
again it's a compromise between either seen it or not and I think it's worth
the 30 Euro price. I watched all the races (125, 250 and GP) from the last
round live and it was fine apart from the compromised video quality. You
can save the highlights but I haven't worked out how to save the races yet
(approx 100 Mbs low quality or 200 MBs high qual).

Anyway just thought I say incase anyone was wondering.

Yes, motogp.com is doing a great job on their live coverage this year.

Hopefully they will improve over their agony-producing carelessness that
they've practiced for the memorable past.

  3. Yeah, I have the package too, and I am also wondering how to actually
download the races for later watching. Anyone figured it out?
I got the first one somehow but haven't managed the second . . .

    cheers

And ... even if you don't have broadband (I can't get it in rural Ireland)
..... you can get a live feed of the timings of each of the qualifying
sessions. It's updated on every completed lap, works fine over a 56k modem
connection, and best of all ... it's FREE.
