They weave in & out of traffic, always breaking the speed limit, they
don't give other road users a chance to see then and they ride far too
close to other vechiles --- that's why bike accidents are so high.

Most of them are just mobile organ donors. If you ride like that -
    don't forget your donor card.

A high percentage of bike accidents involve a bike.

It's often observed that many ski accidents happen during the victim's last
run of the day. Rather obvious, I would have thought.

  10. "Take off is optional, landing is mandatory"
For Concorde, take-off is statistically far worse than landing.

Potomac bridge dwellers prefer landing to take-offs too.

I thought it was crashing that was the most dangerous.

  16. Heh. On the lines of "It's always in the last place you look."

But I know what 'they' mean. "Oh, let's do the run once more, even
though we're knackered and cold, and then we'll call it a day."

    *CRUNCH*

    "Ouch, bugger."

Bugger missed it - OK the take-off was fine, the landing was a bit rough and
    hot .... mutter.... mutter.... grumble.

  19. Makes me think its bollocks. All accidents are caused by filthy smelly
foul-mouthed bikers, as are most robberies, unwanted pregnancies and
    incidences of transmissible diseases.

The whole lot of them ought to be scrubbed down with Lysol and
    castrated.
