More snow and driving muppetry

    Purely to make it scan I suspect and drawing from the limited Lexicon[1]
    of old wives. "Bear" might work better, but that's the way I first heard
    it from my old rally navigator mate, so that's how I remember it.

    Though prediction by analysis of observations isn't to be scoffed at
    totally. Buchan spells for example - though they are fixed periods in
    the calendar which gives them perhaps a little more credence.
