Probably the best accessory for a motorcycle!

The problem with this is when I installed it on my Blackbird, I did it
tonight while the Bird was sitting in my hotel room. Not a good place
to wrench something like this. Once I got the bar end off and the bar
insert out, nothing seemed to fit. After quite a bit of pulling trying
to get the new Throttlemeister insert out and put the bike back
together with old parts (ie, ABORT!), I seemed to have lined
everything up exactly as it needed to be. The Throttlemeister works
well now. I haven't had it on the road, but I will in just a short
    bit.

When installing these things, for whomever might want to order one and
then pull their bike into their room to install after a night of non-
sleep because they're too busy watching to make sure the paint doesn't
fall off the bike, here's what I learned. Start with the non-throttle
side first. Be prepared to use some of the old hardware until you get
to Lowe's/HomeDepot to buy some more washers (first stop this
morning). When going to the throttle side, and when you remove the bar
insert, don't worry...the bolt isn't stripping no matter what you
might think. When you put the bar grommet on, don't set it tightly to
the bar's edge....leave a gap where the grip doesn't go over it. When
installing the new insert, don't force it in until it stops....it's a
bitch to pull back out and probably won't come back out all the way.
If you happen to skip the last mentioned step, DON'T PRY THE INSERT
BACK OUT USING YOUR LEG TO BRACE THE BIKE....it tends to cause a bike
to get off balance and get in the bed with you (ask me how I know)! If
you followed the before mentioned step, tighten the throttle side
throttlemeister until tight and you'll see how it works. Then make
your adjustments by forcing the insert in ever so slightly and making
    adjustments from there.

It looks cool though! Especially the new character marks the Bird
    has.....DOH!!!!

Nothing like having a 550lb Blackbird get into a bed with you @ 3:30am
and try to make passionate love....GEEZ!!! I thought I was going to
have to call louie to come get this big bitch off me....I heard he's
quite versed in these sort of things..... :)

Everyone needs a real motorsikel handle, this name is a good one, or
    ''bar grommet'. sounds good too.
