A motorist has told Sky News of his disbelief at being fined for
blowing his nose while his vehicle was at a standstill.

 

This is Strathclyde Police, anything is possible. FFS they used 3 cars (2
unmarked) and a motorbike just to set up an early morning trap for me and I
lived out in the countryside. They make the Met look reasonable.

 

Dunno whether this is true or not but I heard today that it was the same
officer in Ayr who recently fined someone for littering who dropped in £10
note in the street.

Next it'll be an offence to have a blow job while you're in the car.
