    Hi Zebee.

I saw that Aitkins (SP?) still have a couple of Brevias, 2006 model
750's for twelve and a half grand each.

What were they originally asking for them?

They are like the Nevadas, where normal people can work the side stand,
    aren't they?

    regards,

RRP is 12990. so you should get rego and luggage for 12 and a half if
    you try.

Never tried the sidestand, but don't see why not. They do have a low
seat kit which brings the seat to the same height as the Nevada.

Oh, I assumed they must have been a good bit more expensive.

The previous load of Nevadas started off at 15 or 16 wasn't?
and eventually got down to 10 and a half, was the best I heard.

I think I'd want a bloody sight more than rego and luggage, maybe a
_really_ good trade in offer on the Hornet.

THey are a Kwaka shop, no idea how you'd go on the Hornet, you'd have
    to ask.

Go on, take a test ride....

Most Guzzi's seem to have the side stand mounted as far forward as
possible, then hidden from the rider's view. :-|

The current Nevada has it mounted much further back, just, as you say,
    like a japper.

Nah, the 750 Breva is a small-block Guzzi. Sort of a grown up V50.

That's the Tonti frame bikes, except for one Le Mans model I think
    the MkV.

After all, that frame dates from the days when proper bikes only had
    centrestands!

The new bikes - Smallblocks and Spineframes - have the stand in a more
    sensible place.
