    Naah, MK itself is most definitely South. Northampton too, by my
    reckoning. They all speak with cockney accents, anyway.

    I'm feeling less full of humour and the joys of spring than
    normal...

    Bike approaches roundabout expecting car to stop. Car
    wavers, bike goes onto roundabout as car boots it.

    Bike is leant over and grabs a handful of brake; low side
    and bike slides away on its side.

    If this was done *in front* of the car wouldn't the bike
    have been likely to slide into the car or at least into its
    path? If alongside the car outside of the drivers field of
    vision it would probably pass behind the car.

    And as for the driver accelerating and fucking off;
    personally I generally accelerate out of corners and would
    do the same out of a roundabout.
