    The three parts of section 5 must _all_ be true to avoid contravening
    the act. There's an 'and' in there instead of an 'or'.

    and if you have a proper in car kit suitable for the phone that uses
    an external areial and l/spkr and mic you dont have to press a button
    to make a call.

    questioning only in the context that I perceived it to be you just
    cant hold the phone. So a cradel holding the phone and a earpeace with
    a mic would be legal as you only press a button on the phone to answer
    in much the same way as you press a button on the stereo to change a
    radio channel.
