mini review; fazer 600.

  1. Had a blat out yesterday with a mate, and did swappies.
So I got a go on Fazer 600. To summerize the "my bikes
better than yours" conversation we had...

Fazer: Will's impressions. Very easy to ride. Upright sitting position,
almost wants you to be sitting on tank. Bars don't feel wide enough, but
that's a memory of the ex-Blane's B12. Brakes nice and sharp. Engines
picks up well from low revs, but started feeling buzzy on fast A roads.
Mini screen thingy looks slightly crap but works well. Suspension a little
bouncy, but would probably be fine with a pillion.

Turbo: Andy's[1] impressions. Stupidly violent kick when the turbo kicks
in, which is fun. Just a shame that the brakes seem to come from a
Rayleigh Grifter. Much harder to ride than the Fazer, but the pillion
    seat looks much more comfortable.

    [1] Not a ukrm'er.

I really must have a go on a Fazer. I've been riding this Bandit for 6
mths or so and have really got into the smoother 4 cylinder thing. I
enjoy the racierness of the Bandit to any of my previous bikes. I'm
sure that the Fazer is much more racier too, but I don't cope well
with the weight on my wrists. An upright position is much easier.

I'll give a Fazer a try. Thankyou for that...
