Not sure of the full legal implications, but it might worth considering for
some people "on the edge" as it were?

Yeah, 'cos handing your CC details to criminals is a really smart thing
    to do.

Oh, I see they don't accept credit cards, only direct transfer.

I wonder how many mugs will fall for it?

  6. depends how desperate you are for a licence , many people accept the EU
driving licence as a legitamate form of ID , I know the airports do if
your working airside as a contractor , most banks do as a form of id if
you want to open an account or obtain a loan

  7. They probably do supply licences , make more in the longterm than
    ripping a few punters off

"Tracy Walters - You have changed my sons life, he used to sit around
with all his mates, I worried what he would amount to very little
until I saw your website which a friend told me about. I had a chat
with my son and got him to promise me that if I got him a driving
licence he would get himself a job. Now he works for British Gas.
Thank You! I know you made commission from us but no one else offers
this service! My son had failed his test twice and had no faith in
himself to pass his driving exam. Again thank you so much."

Yeah great idea, let's get more people that can't pass a driving test
    onto the roads.

I know. One of the others, was from someone that had failed the test
    three times, FFS.

Could be, but I doubt the plod could get a solid conviction on the evidence
supplied, maybe on the use of said item.
It seems to be quite legal, having chatted to a couple of Polish drivers
today. 1 who was driving a 40 ton artic jobby freely admitted to buying his
license and never having taken any form of driving test. It seemed quite
apparent when he had to back the thing out of the industrial estate! ;o)
Still I think I'd rather keep my 400 euros and not waste it trying to find
    out ;o)

It makes you wonder how many people have handed over, not only the money,
but passport details and full ID stuff!
They might end having a double that looks nothing like them ;o)

The site's registered to a specific someone in London and what appears
