Metal Clamps/Straps for Forks

Where do I go about finding metal straps, of varying circumference to tie a
    custom screen onto my forks?
(A bit like the aftermarket exhaust straps you see, but minus the
perforations across their length they have and perhaps not as wide!).

The sort of ones that are offset to one side to, rather than bolting in a
    central position.

It has to be straps that will accept bolts through rather than just wind up
straps by themselves, in order to fasten to the screens mounting holes.

I've tried Halfords and another DIY motor shop - waste of time.
I need metal clamp/s that have a circumference close to around 6.5", and 8"
    (two of each).

I don't want anything naff like exhaust clamps.
Failing finding anything I'll just get some length of reasonably decent
metal strip and bend it round/drill to suite myself, but I don't know where
the best place to get that would be either (but perhaps Wickes might be a
    bet).
Super polished finish would be nice too.

    Thanks

Actually looking at it again, there may also be the option of the wire
support that hold them to the forks or handlesbars also I think ( if they
can screw together to the nut and bolt arrangement of the screen supports,
like I have seen on some screens).
So though the screen has a "mechano" like vertical arrangement for allowing
fork straps on both sides of the screen (like the current ones that don't
fit), I would imagine its not the only way the screen could be fitted.

I really don't care, so long as I can get it sorted and it doesn't cost
*too* much (budget <£20) and doesn't look like I might as well have resorted
    to cable ties.
    (tempting, so tempting).

There are actually nine nuts and bolts arranged around the screen (of which
annoyingly, one is missing and I will need to find a similar such item to
    replace it).

    Just a follow up.
I sorted it by ignoring the bottom clamps and temporarily using two large
cable ties to tie it in position to the indicators, and bending the top
clamps into more of a "D" shape and using two nuts on each side - one to
hold the screen in place, and another to tighten the clamps to the forks
(which have been carefully surrounded in black electrical tape to reduce
    damage).
