A mate of mine is a diagnosed manic schizophrenic and he rides around
on a 100cc Honda. He hasn't tried to hurt anyone recently but then he
is taking his medicine... Its probably like spectacle wearers, they're
safe to ride with corrected vision... I'm sure the CBT instructors
would know...
