Mena Arkansas -- July 5th and 6th

As many of you know my little brother has my V-Star 650 now. I sold
him the accessorys on it and gave him the motorcycle. He called me
today and said he wants to go to Mena for a 2 day ride. He called and
got us a room for one night at the Sun Country Inn. We are going July
5 and 6th.

Anyone that wants to go are welcome.

If you plan to go, you probably should go ahead and get your room
reserved at the Sun Country Inn.

I think me and my SIL and our navigating wives, are gonna be there on
saturday the 7th about 11am (approximately). To start across the okla
line, and back. and so 4th.

I learned yesterday that one of the Ninja 250 riders and two Trenton
police officers will be in Mena on the 6Th. We will meet up with them
for Lunch. Whos in??

1100 or better? A Harley?

 

No crack pipe, but still waiting on the braided hose for the hookah in
the saddlebag to come in.

 

I have to dirt bike the Concours about 600 feet down the driveway, but
otherwise, no, no dirt bike. Maybe Renegade has a used one i could pick up.

 

Talked to my brother this morning and he still wants to go to Mena
even though its calling for scattered thunderstorms. I will be leaving
from Arlington this evening and headed to Canton to spend the night.
My brother and I will be riding up highway 19 to I-30. We should be at
the truck stop at I-30 around 7:00am if its not pouring rain. I figure
that will put us in Mena about noon.

On Friday we will meet some other riders at the Lodge for lunch. They
are making Friday a day run. Come join us if you can.
