Meades alert

I know there are a few Jonathan Meades fans on here - he's got a three part
series about Scotland, BBC4 on Wednesdays, at 10. You've missed the first
one, but it'll be on iplayer and the usual torrent sites, I'm sure.

 

His assault on Donald Trump was pretty funny.

 

I happened on it whilst channel surfing and will be watching the others.

SWMBO can't stand Meades. She recognises his knowledge of architecture,
but doesn't like his style of presentation. Whereas I know nothing of
architecture but enjoy his use of language.

Like Sewell, I used to find him hideously irritating. But at some point
I just "got it" (or became even more pretentious, prace bets now, etc.)
