MCN Spam - anyone else?

    I got some spam from MCN yesterday.

    "Buying/selling bikes- what's it like for you? your opinons
    please!"

    What's the best plan of action? >;)

    First decide whether you want to buy or sell, as they are two quite

    It's pretty simple. I have here on my desk a pint of beer, hidden underneath
    the intray, which I will *sell* you for ten quid. Once the sale is complete
    I will then *buy* it back from you for 50p.
