It's shit. Same as Ally Pally used to be but in more space.

Still managed to spend a bit of money with Harris though, so I reckon
it's only worth going if you know what you want beforehand.

As the manchester show is crap and that one seems to be crap, what
    makes a good bike show?

If you know what you want before you go, why don't you just get it
delivered and save yourself the hassle?

Just a little guess, but maybe one that's not crap?

On the last day of the Ally Pally one could always grab a bargain but not
this year. I really had to hussle to get a hugger for £50.

    No shit?

The purpose of my post was that I've not been that impressed by any
motor show I've been to, bar the NEC one years ago (and I wouldn't go
    again now I've done it).

The last manchester bike show I went to had all the right ingredients -
big name manufacturers, some of the smaller names, lots of accessory
stalls, some stunt shows (crosser stunts and russell swift) but it was
spoiled by the fact that most of the stuff on sale was all the tat they
couldn't sell in the shops. I bought a visor after being assured it was
anti-fog coated (as per the original), but it wasn't.

I decided that I could go and look at shiny bikes in the dealers and
get better quality stuff there too.
So you wouldn't mind what was there, so long as there was loads of
cheap, decent kit it'd make a bike show great?

You must have tried hard, they're usually 40 quid. Well done.

Was that the one where you picked up a Scopion end can for your 9R for
90quid? If so, that was a good show.

Sounds about right. I picked up the new lid I was after (somehow my head
has shrunk in 6 years from S to XS) and saw Christian Pfeiffer fall off
his bike, but other than that it was crap. Unless I have some serious
shopping to do, I doubt I'll bother again.

Plus I had to put up with Kiran for 5 hours. *They* should pay *me* the
    16 quid!

    Goddammit.
