McCoi chain oiler English forum!

Discussion in 'UK Motorcycles' started by Harry Bloomfield, Dec 5, 2004.

  1. Hi,

I have just persueded the German designer (Steffen) of the McCoi
automatic chain oiler to include an English language section in his
    discussion forum.

The direct link to the English section is below:-

    http://tinyurl.com/4n2nq

For those able to make some sense of German language the new McCoi web
    site URL is as follows:-

    http://www.mccoi.de

The German language forum (which includes the English section):-

    http://www.mccoi-forum.de/index.php

For those not aware of the McCoi....

It is a microprocessor controlled chain oiler designed by a biker for
for bikers. All the details of the design and the software are 'open
source' so you could if you felt inclined buy the components and build
a copy. Some of the parts can be a little awkward to find, so Steffen
offers to supply them individually or as a complete kit for the Mk II.

Steffen is open to any suggestions as to how the oiler might be
    improved and made more useful.

A McCoi Mk III is in development, complete with LCD display.

A True BlingMobile rises above such fripperies, by dint of being
    shaft-driven.
