  15. Mars Rover has regained contact with Earth at a slow 10 bits a second.
    NASA Rover control are keeping the vehicle in contact by allowing the
    system to 'auto, fail safe' and reboot every few minutes.

    I didn't know they were using a MS Windows Operating System?
